Sourcing Structure

The purchasing function is coordinated by Group Category Managers, activating a team of experts and purchasing managers from each country/region/business. This team is in charge of the sourcing strategy, negotiation of prices and allocation of volumes.

The Category Managers are the main contact for suppliers wishing to develop business with the Smurfit Kappa Group.
